Your Role: HR Generalist


Your MISSION

  • planning, organization for professional development training programs and events
  • monitoring and development on learning paths on our E-learning-platform
  • organization and implementation of suitable personnel policies
  • support of our HR manager & head of HR in all administrative duties
  • implementation of HR-administration in accord with the employee life cycle, e.g. upkeep of our HR systems, composition of contracts, reports, and certificates
  • design and organization of our employee events and rewards programs
  • upkeep of the time-tracking system and processing of data for payroll 
  • preparation of personnel statistics
  • cooperation with internal recruiting as needed
  • support and implementation the onboarding of new colleagues (international across all locations or remote positions – primarily in English
  • development of HR processes and collaboration on operational HR projects
  • close cooperation and coordination with the national and international management for all matters related to personnel and HR topics (primarily in English)

  • you can fluently communicate at all levels in English (German, Spanish, Portuguese is a plus)
  • you bring experience in contract administration and knowledge of labor and personnel law
  • you have experience with personnel indicators and HR KPIs
