Job description
Our Engineering community is growing, and we’re now looking for a (Senior) DevOps Engineer (m/f/*) to join our team supporting our global growth.
As (Senior) DevOps Engineer, you steer our DevOps projects using your in-depth experience, best practices, and a collaborative attitude. You lead a team turning customer requirements into complex and reliable deployments. Using Linux, AWS or Azure, and Cloudera Data Platform, you deliver our services directly to clients.

Job requirements
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Implement client requirements via the deployment and optimization of large-scale clustered systems, and via applications based in Linux, cloud environments, or big data projects
- Support clients and development teams in the transition from development and testing to operations and production, automating as much as possible along the way
- You shape the path for how your team’s project will be implemented and demonstrate the quality of the team’s work
- You make a difference as the lead developer improving the output quality of the team.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt to new projects
- 5+ years of experience as DevOps, SysAdmin, LinuxAdmin, or in a similar role
- Experience in Docker and Kubernetes, with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform, and scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Java
- Ability to implement best practices for software engineering in an agile environment
- Professional leadership and planning skills; ability to explain technical matters to the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
