Ultra Tendency is looking for a passionate Tech Recruiter to join our international recruiting team. Your responsibility is to find the right employees for our fast-growing company. This includes designing job descriptions, actively searching candidates through databases and social media, and conducting screening interviews.

YOUR MISSION
Attract suitable candidates through active search in databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Find new ways of attracting skilled employees
Develop and maintain a pipeline of engaged and enthusiastic candidates
Participate in various recruitment initiatives (employer branding, candidate experience, interview training…)
Drive your own projects to bring forward the strategy
Build trust and strong relationships with your hiring managers and manage their expectations
Develop and refine job descriptions
Conducting screening interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes across the entire hiring lifecycle
Job requirements
YOU WILL ENJOY THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
Work experience as a Recruiter in an IT environment
The ability to conduct screening interviews for employees in an IT company
An understanding of the different roles in an IT company
Exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills
The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
Excellent communication skills
Experience in organizing meetups and other events to increase the brand awareness
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset
Excellent writing and communication skills in German and English. Additional languages (e.g. Spanish, Russian) is a plus
